Her practice integrates tools drawn from cognitive behavioural and compassion focused models and utilises evidence based practices drawn from the world of mindfulness meditation, performance imagery and biofeedback. Applied to real world challenges such as adaption to management and leadership roles, career planning, interpersonal skills and thriving under pressure, Liz’s pragmatic, action oriented coaching style enables individuals to achieve practical change and tangible results.
