Dr. Liz Clark
With roots in elite sport and more than 20 years’ experience in management and leadership roles encompassing sales, marketing and medical disciplines, Liz’s areas of expertise lie in the development of personal excellence, leadership, resilience and life coaching.
Thriving on challenge, she is driven by a strong conviction that excellence, whether individual or realised through others, is based on the personal foundations of a growth mindset combined with courageous self-awareness and authenticity.
Liz has been delivering one to one coaching together with highly successful group training and seminars since qualifying as a coach ten years ago. Her practice integrates tools drawn from cognitive behavioural and compassion focused models and utilises evidence based practices drawn from the world of mindfulness meditation, performance imagery and biofeedback. Applied to real world challenges such as adaption to management and leadership roles, career planning, interpersonal skills and thriving under pressure, Liz’s pragmatic, action oriented coaching style enables individuals to achieve practical change and tangible results.
Outside work running and yoga are two passions that continue to inspire and motivate Liz to ever greater personal challenges which now include ultra-distance running. She is still working on her headstand!
Dr Jonathan Katz
Dr Jonathan Katz is a consultant psychologist whose experience includes a wide variety of senior advisory and coaching positions in high performance sport and business environments.
These include UK psychology lead with the British Paralympic Association, National Governing Body squads; individual and team psychology support and coaching at Paralympic Games; World, European and Commonwealth Championships and World Cup tournaments; business coach and trainer to clinicians, project managers to senior managers, executives and directors in corporate and NHS settings; development and delivery of psychological wellbeing support programmes within corporate environments, performance and professional sport settings.
Jonathan brings considerable knowledge and understanding of organisational, individual and group responses to pressure and stress in high performance sport and corporate settings. He has extensive experience in providing professional training and supervision and has a proven track record in supporting young professionals develop their knowledge, skills and confidence.
Jonathan is a visiting lecturer on a range of post-graduate degree courses in counselling psychology, sport and exercise psychology and sport and exercise medicine, along with presenting at a range of workshops and conferences. He contributes to supporting and promoting applied psychology in journal articles and professional books.
James is an actor and communication skills coach.
He has performed as an Actor, Voice over Artist and Presenter, with companies such as ITV, TomTom, Playstation, Theatre Royal Stratford, Cambridge University Press and Channel 4.
He recognises that the challenges he faces daily as an actor such as making a good first impression, networking, overcoming nerves, managing rejection, dealing with improvisation, presenting to an audience, are common difficulties we often experience at some point whether professionally or personally.
James now works consultatively with groups and individuals to develop interpersonal skills. He is one of the key instructors on our acclaimed Charisma Masterclass.
Scott Johnston has a diverse background in Legal Services. Initially working as a Barrister specialising in Child Protection, he moved into Employment Law in the public and private sectors.
Scott currently works as both an Employment Law Consultant and a highly regarded Speaker, Trainer and Executive Coach, with particular expertise in Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence.
He has a passion for debating, being a champion at national and European level himself and a trainer and coach to World Champions.
A former professional yachtsman with over a decade of building, coaching and leading race teams across the globe, Alastair is able to bring academic theory to life with his compelling stories of leading and managing diverse teams in ultra-high-pressure situations. With a degree in languages and a certified Human Factors trainer, Alastair is well placed to understand the many components which influence both human performance and culture.
Caroline is an experienced Executive, Psychotherapist, Coach, Consultant and Trainer who has been working in the fields of Mental Health & Well-Being and Employee Assistance Support for over 25 years
She has extensive practice in executive management and has worked for corporate, public, and charitable organisations. Caroline has headed operational, clinical and training positions for leading EAPs in Germany and the UK, as well as establishing co-operation partnerships in Europe & U.S.A.
She possesses a successful proven track record of working in partnership with businesses in the identification, assessment, creation and delivery of effective mental health and well-being development programmes based on an alignment of meeting the needs of employers and employees
Caroline holds a Diploma & Advanced Diplomas in Existential Psychotherapy, Diploma in Life Coaching and Diploma in Mindfulness and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology & Politics. She is trained in Creative Personal & Professional Development, Intercultural Business Training & Moderation and Stress Management.
